Single Loop Bale Ties are good product for hand-tie applications. It is easy to feed, bend and tie off your material. And it can speeds up your processing time.

• Material: Hot dipped galvanized wire /Electro galvanized wire / black annealed wire.
• Wire Gauge: 10 Gauge to 16 Gauge .
• Standard Length: 8 feet to 22 feet.
• Tensile strength: 35 to 75 kg/mm, or according to customers' requests
• Standard Bundle: 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 (custom counts available).

Usage: mainly for bailing of cotton, plastic, paper, carton and waste items, and so on, used as tie wire or cotton bailing wire.

Features: good surface shine, uniform galvanized coating layer, good adhesion strength, excellent corrosion resistance. Easy to bend and thread, our bale ties are fast tying.

Packing:

1. Packed with plastic or weaving cloth, coiled and 25 kg per bundle, 1 ton per wooden pallet.
2. 75/100/125 pcs/bundle, then in wooden case or straight in bundles.
3. Most of our customers prefer the palletized package - less shipping damage, easier to store (pallets are stackable), and the special pallet allows for dispensing of one bundle at a time.
